The Esparteria building is located at the heart of the neighborhood of El Born.

Though the building has been entirely refurbished, most of the apartments have retained their original wooden beams and/or exposed stone walls.It boasts :

5 APARTMENTS WITH ONE-BEDROOM(Spacious apartments with one double bedroom, a large bathroom (with bath and shower), an open-plan kitchen (fully-equipped) and a light-filled living-dining area with a comfortable sofa bed.) 

 4 APARTMENTS WITH TWO-BEDROOMS(Comfortable apartments with two double rooms, a large bathroom with shower, an open-plan kitchen (fully-equipped) and a light-filled living-dining area with a comfortable sofa bed.)

 

In addition, guests from all building may directly access the remainder of the roof terrace to enjoy the breathtaking views over the Church of Santa Maria del Mar, or simply to soak up the sun.

The entire apartment block, is equipped with air-conditioning and heating, ADSL Internet connection, lift, satellite TV, sound system, DVD player, safety deposit box, oven, microwave, teapot, hairdryer, iron,etc.

 

 

Our office is located on the ground floor of the Esparteria building, so the check in is done personally by our friendly staff.

 

 

Check-in time is from 3 pm. In case that the apartment is ready before that time, we will be glad to offer it to our guests. The check-out time is 12 pm. If necessary, our guests may leave their luggage on our office after that time.

 

 

One weekly cleaning is included on reservations of 7 nights or more. Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request at extra cost.

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 

Baby cot is under request and free of charge.

 

Please note that arrivals after 21:00h will be subject to a surcharge of 25€ and arrivals after 00:00h will be subject to a surcharge of 40€. Guests should confirm the anticipated time of arrival at the apartments at least 3 days in advance. As soon as the property receives this information, guests will be sent check-in instructions.

 

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
